Vegan sour cream


  • 3 dl natural soy yogurt (for example Alpro)
  • 0,5 dl mayonnaise (for example Plamil or self-made)

another way to do it
  • 1 packet silken tofu
  • 1/2 dl oil
  • 2  tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Ready!
3. Store in a fridge in a jar with a lid
